That by Virtue of an Order under the hands and
Seals of Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the City of London and Liberties thereof (one being of
the Quorum) bearing Date the Eighth Day of December
instant

were removed from the Parish of Saint

unto the said Parish of West Ham
in the
County of Essex
as the Place of their last legal Settlement
Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order Appeal to this
honourable Court against the same And
humbly Pray Your honours to
Appoint a Day for to hear and
Determine the same
And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
