Justices of the peace for the same City at the
General Quarter Session of the peace now
assembled

The Humble petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate London

Sheweth


That by an Order under the hands and Seals of
Sir Robert Kite< no role > Knight Lord Mayor and Francis
Cokayne
< no role > Esquire two of his majesties Justices of the
peace for the said City and liberties thereof (One being
of the Quorum) bearing Date the Seventh day of March
one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Seven Sarah
Dean
< no role > Widow of John Dean< no role > deceased whose Settlement
Could not be found was Removed from the Parish of
Alhallows the Great London to the parish of Saint
Giles without Cripplegate London as the place of her
last legal settlement

Your petitioners think themselves
aggrived by the said Order and
therefore humbly appeal against
the same and pray this Honourable
Court to Grant them such Relief
in the Premises as shall be thought
most Equitable

And your Petr. shall ever pray
