Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or order
under the hands and Seals of Robt. Kite< no role > and
M. Blackiston two of his Majestys Justices of
the peace for the City of London bearing date
the 30th. day of January 1767, Roger Rooe< no role >
was Removed from the parish of Saint Stephen
Coleman Street London to the Parish of
Saint Martin in the Fields in the County of
Middlesex as the place of his last legal
Settlement Whereby your Petrs. apprehend
themselves aggrieved And Appeal to this
Court against the same

Your Petr. therefore pray that they
may have Liberty to Enter this Appeal
and that this Court will be pleased
to appoint some day in the next
Session for the Hearing and
determining thereof
