Philip Weldon< no role > of the Inner Temple London Gentleman
maketh Oath and Saith That he did this day see the said
James Allen< no role > at his Lodging on Bunhill Row near Moorefields
and that the said James [..] his [..]
and unable to Stand by reason of a Violent cut he received on his
left begon Sunday last as he Informed this Deponent which
this Deponent verily believes to be true And Saith that he
also Informed this deponent and which Information he
verily believes to be true That the said James Allen< no role > is now
unable to attend this Honourable Court by reason of the
Accident aforesaid
