The King agt Elizabeth Ralphs< no role >

Joseph Buschman< no role > of Warwick Lane London Watch Case Maker
maketh Oath that the abovenamed Elizabeth Ralphs< no role > was on
the Eleventh Day of this Instant February Committed to Prison
on Inspicion of for stealing four Guineas in Money and divers Goods belonging
to this Deponent and this Deponent saith that he was bound in
over to prosecute the said Elizabeth Ralphs< no role > at the Present
Sessions holden for the City of London but this Deponent saith
that he hath not yet preferred any Indictment against the
said Elizabeth Ralphs< no role > on Account of this Deponents Wife
Mary Buschman< no role > having been brought to Bed of a Child last
Monday Night And this Deponent saith that his said Wife
is on material Witness against the said Elizabeth Ralphs< no role >
touching the Felony aforesaid & that without the Benefit of
her Testimony [..] he this Deponent cannot carry on
any Prosecution against the said Elizabeth Ralphs< no role >
