Oath that on or about the twenty ninth day of November last
there were shipped on [..] the said Ship or Vessell Twelve
thousand Eight hundred Bushells or Three hundred and twenty
Tons of English White Salt at Liverpool in the County of
Lancaster
in order to be conveyed by Sea to the Port of London
for and on Account of Thomas Williams< no role >
of London
Merchant
the Owner thereof and that the Duties for the said Salt had
been actually paid to his Majesty and that on the thirtieth day
of November last the said Ship of Vessell with the said Salt
on Board her Sailed from Liverpool aforesaid for the said
Port of London and in the Course of her Voyage on or about the
Eleventh day of December last was by the Violence of the Stormy Wind
and Tempestnous Weather drove upon the Islands of Scilly
and the said Ship or Vessell struck against the Rocks there
and bulged By means whereof the said Ship or Vessell with the
and Salt on board her did sink and Perish at Sea there
