and William Vigur< no role > taken before me one of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
County

Who being sevly. on Oath say & first this Infort
Bortho Vanderplank for himself saith That
Yesterday the other Ins Vigurs brot. to him the
lead And of a Peice of Cloth and Informd him
that he had stopt a person who had offerd
to him a Peice of Cloth from when that was
taken & this Informt searching his Mother
Warehouse missed a peice of Cloth which he
in certain was in the Warehouse on Sating
lact And saith that the Peice of Cloth now
Produced is the property of Will Richard< no role >
[..] of Castle street Oxford Road Woolen
draper and stole out of the sd. Warehouse
And the Inf William Vigurs for himself
Saith That a Person now present who calls
himself Edward Wise< no role > came to the Show of
their Ins & Offered him the abovemensd Peice
of Cloth & he offering it prently under Prim
so that Stopt it and went & Informed the other
Informt thereof
