in the Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
in the said City
Sheweth
That by the last Rate and Assessment made for
the Relief of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles
your Petitioners are severally rated in a Large Sum of
Money
That your Petitioners thinking themselves
greatly overcharged and Aggrieved by the said Rate,
humbly Appeal against the same
And pray that this Honble Court
will take their Cases into Consideration
and quash the said Rate or otherwise
after or amend the same in such
manner as may effectually relieve
your Petitioners
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray
