Poor of the Parish of Alhallows Barkin
London, and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Liberty of the Rolls in the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West
in the County of Middlesex
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Alhallows Barkin
London, That Zachariah Seaton< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife
and their Child Sarah< no role > aged five Months are
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Zachariah Seaton< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Zachariah Seaton< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife
and their said Child
to be in the said Parish of Liberty of the Rolls
and that thither to they ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Alhallows Barkin
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Zachariah
Seaton
< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife and their said Child
from and out of your said Parish, unto the saidParish of
Liberty of the Rolls
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 18th Day of March One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty two
