To the Right Honble. Sr. Saml. Fludyer< no role > Bart . the Lord Mayor Sr.
Willm. Moreton< no role > Recorder and the Rest of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the City of
London and Libertys thereof at their General
Session at Guild hall within and for the said
City Assembled on Monday the twenty fourth Day
of May in the year of our Lord 1762

The Humble Petition and Appeal of ye Churchwardens
& Oversrs. of ye poor of the Parish of St. Mary
White Chapel within the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrt. or Order of Removal dated on
the third Day in ye. Month of April last under the hands & Seals of two
of His Majesty's Justices of ye. Peace of the said City and
Libertys Mary Davis< no role > Singlewoman was Removed from
the Parish of Allhallows on the Wall Londonwithin the said
City or Libertys to the said Parish of St. Mary White
Chapel as ye. place of her last Legal Settlemt.

That Your Petrs. Apprehend themselves to be agrieved
by the said Pass Warrant or Order of Removal and
therefore do Appeal to this Session against ye same

Your Petrs. therefore do Appeal to this Session
against ye above Order of Removal or pass
Warrant of the said two Justices And humbly pray
that this their Appeal against ye same may be
Adjourned Until the next General Quarter Session
to be held in & for the said City & your Petrs. then Relieved
