Poor of the Parish of Saint Brides
London, and the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Ealing in the County of
Middx
and to every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Brides
London, That Jane Ward< no role > Singlewoman is
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtain'd
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Oath of the said Jane Ward< no role > as otherwise, do
adjudge to be true; and We do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Jane Ward< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Ealing
and that thither to She ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Brides
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Jane
Ward
< no role >
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Ealing
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this
our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for her according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this 19th Day of March One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Sixty two
