who was formerly Bookeeper
to Mr. Blissn. Merchant, for about the space of Six months past
That the said Mr. Vaughan within these four months last past has
paid his addresses to this Informant

& this Informant having
[..] consented to the said Marriage
The said Mr. Vaughan about a forthnight ago to the best of this
Informant's rememberance as to the time in order to conceive
this Informant of his Honorable Intentions toward her, and for
making a provision for her in Case the said Marriage should take
Effect delivered to this Examinant Twelve several Notes
property to be the Notes of the Bench of by hand & which the said
Vaughan declared to be such, being severally made for the sum of
Twenty pounds each, amounts in the who to be the same of Two
Hundred & forty pounds which said money payable the said Notes by as went Cokedon
this examint. & the said Vaughan were previous to the said
Merriage to be invested with other Moneys of this Examinant
in the Public Fund, & to settled ensoured for this Examinants
