Whereas Samuel Stratton< no role >
hath Appealed to the Court
of Quarter Session of th peace for the City of London
Praying to be relieved against certain Rates and
Assessments made for the relief of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint James Dukes Place
London upon an
Allegation that the premes for which he is so Assessed
or great part thereof is scituate in the Parish of St. Catherine CreeChurch
London and which appear was this Day Adjourned by
the said Court unto the used General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be held for the said City Upon all
Parties interested in the event thereof Agreeing in
open Court within the space of there Weeks from
this day to join in a proper Application to the
Mayor's Court London for an Inquisicon to Try the
same To which Agreement we whose names
are here under set do severally promise to Conform
