This Informant an his Oath Saith that William Stone< no role >
late of
Maidstone
in the County of Kent
(deceased) Came to his this
Informant's house from Maidstone aforesaidand stayed at his
have like afteron the Twenty Ninth of the Month of August
last and stay'd at his house till sometime after the Thiretieth
and during the whole day of the said Thirtieth of August he this
Informant was in the Company of the said William Stone< no role >
Trensecting
of Same Business and that the said William Stone< no role >
was not in the
Mashelsea prison
any part of the saidday30th. day and that he
the said William stone< no role >
said at the said house of this Informant and
tile on or about the M Ninth day of the Month of September than
following and during all which time he their Informant was
woodly in the Company of he said William Stone< no role >
end this
Informant futher on his Oath Saith the during the Whole Time
aforesaid he Never heard or knew that the said William Stone< no role >
had than
Made or was About Making his Will and that he their Informant
then Making his Will he this Informant Should have Been
Informed of the same by him the said William Stone< no role >
