Daniel Shave< no role > of Brick Lane in the parish of Saint Luke
in the County of Middlesex Yeoman maketh Oath that in Marsh
One Thousand Seven hundred and forty nine he resided at Notten
near Dorchester in the County of Dorset , and that in that
Month he visited one Morris Salisbury< no role > a Person whom
this Deponent has known from his Infancy, who was then
a prisoner in Dorchester Goal , charged with Stealing two
and this Deponent further Saith that he did not hear the
Tryal of the said Morris Salisbury< no role > for this said Offence
but was unformed by several persons and verily believes
the same to be true that the said Morris Salisbury< no role > was
tryed at the Assyes held for the said County in the said
Month of Marsh and convicted of the said Offence
and reced Sentence of Transportation for the Term of
Seven Years And this Deponent further Saith that
on the twenty ninth day of March last he this Deponent
saw the aid Morris Salisbury< no role > in the Poultry Compter
(who this Deponent Apprhends is Since removed to
Newgate ) and is certain that he is the same person
that was comitted to Dorchester Goal for the above Offence
