Take Notice I shall appear at the next Session of Oyer and
Terminer to be held for the City of London at Justice hall
in the Old Bailey within the Suburbs of the said City on
wednesday the Eighth day of April instant or so soon after
as I can be admitted and plead not guilty to the Indictment
preferred by you against me for wilfull and corrupt
perjury and at the same time try my Traverse thereon
