have & each of no hath. Remised Released and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
do each of the doth Remise Release and for ever quitt clayme unto the said William
Ginson and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife & each of them their & each

Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Countroversies,
Assault Trespasses Damages and Demands Whatsoever both in law and Eqility
