Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & Seals of two of his Maties
Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quox unus) bearing Date the
17th day of September last

their Child aged four years & an half were Sent and delivered by the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of Allhallows
Staining London
to the Said parish of St Magnus the Martyr London
alledging the Said parish to be the place of their last Legal Settlemt.
That Your Petrs. conceive themselves agrieved by the
said Warrt & Judgment of the Said two Justices and do most
humbly appeal to your Honr & Worps therefrom
Your Petrs therefore most humbly
pray Your Honr & Worps will be pleased to
hear them in the premisses and Order that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of ye poor of ye sd
Parish of Allhallows Staining
may appear
before you and hear and abide the
determinacon of this Court touching the sd
Appeal.
