The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St. Sepulchers London

Sheweth.

That by Vertue of an Order or pass Warrt.
under the hands and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace for the said City (quorn unus) bearing date
the 11th. day of this Instant July one Anne Salisbury< no role >
Widow of Abel Salisbury< no role > was removed from the
Parish of St. Martins Ludgate London to the said
Parish of St. Sepulchres London Adjudgeing the said
Parish to be the place of the last legall Settlement of
the said Anne Salisbury< no role >

That your Petitioner humbly Conceive themselves
aggreived by the said Warrant and Judgment of the said
two Justices

Your Peticoners therefore humbly
Appeal to this honourable
Court and Pray that you will
be pleased to hear them in the prmises
