Said Parish endeavouring to Settle there contrary to Law and
unless timely prevented is likely to become chargeable
thereunto which We do adjudge to be true. and forasmuch
as it appeareth unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of
the said

elsewhere appearing unto us Since We do also adjudge the

legal Settlement
These are therefore in his Majesty's name to will & require
you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St Botolph without Bishopsgate
forthwith to remove and convey
the said John Ryley< no role >
from out of your said parish unto the said Hamblett of Ratcliffe
and them deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor there Some or one of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for himaccording to
