That
Katherine Perkins< no role >
wife of
John Perkins< no role >
was by an Order or
Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of his Majties Justices of
of the Peace
for the City of London
bearing Date the Second Day
of February 1720 removed from the Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate London
to the parish of St. Mary Newington Aforesaid
as the place of her last legal Settlement.
That Yor. Peticoners do humbly conceive that they can
Make it Appear unto this Honble. Court that the place
of the last legal Settlement of the Said Katherine Perkins< no role >
is not in the Said parish of Newington
Yor. Peticoners therefore do humbly Appeal against
the Said Order And pray that this Honbl. Court will
Order the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London
to Attend this Court to Shew cause why the Said
Order Should not be Vacated.
And Yor. Peticoners Shall Ever Pray Etc.
