That by Virtue of a Warrt under the hands & Seals of two of his Maty's
Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quox unus) bearing Date
the 4th day of April Inst Elizabeth Mortarshell< no role > Wido of Richd
Mortarshell< no role > was sent & delivered by the Church Wardens & overseers
of the poor of the parish of St Mary Somerset London unto the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the Sd parish of
St Nicholas Coleabby London Alledging the sd Parish to besaidplace
of her last Legal Settlement.

That your Petrs conceive themselves aggrieved by
by the sd Warrt and Judgment of the sd two Justices and
do most humbly Appeal to your Honour & Worpsl. therefrom
