City of London And to the rest of his Maties Justices of ye peace at their
General Quarter Sessions of the peace Assembled.

The humble Petition & Appeal of the Church Wardens
& Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Bridget als Brides
London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrt under the hands & Seals of two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quor unus)
bearing Date the 4th day of March last Mary Smalley< no role > wife
of John Smalley< no role > with her child named Sarah< no role > aged about Twelve
Months were Sent & delivered by the Church Wardens & Overseers of
the poor of thesaid Parish of St Anne Blackfryers London unto
the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the Sd parish of St
Bridget als Brides London alledging the Sd parish to be the place
of their last Legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by
the sd Warrt & Judgment of the said two Justices and do
most humbly Appeal to your Honour & Worps
therefrom.

Your Petionrs therefore most humbly
pray Your Honr & Worps will be pleased
to hear them in the prmisses And Order
that the Church Wardens & Overseers of ye.
poor of ye Sd parish of St. Anne Blackfryer
may Appear before you and hear & abide
the Determinacon of this Court touching
the Sd Appeal

And they Shall ever pray
