of the parish of Allhallows Staining London and also to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Margaretts Westmr. in the County of Middx.

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us whose hands
and Seales are hereunto sett two of his Maties Justices of the
peace for the City of London (Quorid unus) by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Allhallows
Staining London That John Davis< no role > with Susannah < no role > his [..] Child
Aged about Eleven months are
lately Come [..] a said Parish Endeavouring to [..]
there contrary to Law and unless timely prevented are
likely to become Chargeable thereunto Which we doe
Adjudge to be true And forasmuch as it appeareth
unto Us the said Justices of the peace upon the oath
of the said John Davis< no role > That he Served Seven years
apprenticeship with one Richd Brocklesby< no role > by at the Bell Tavern
in the parish of St Margarets Westminster in ye County of
Middx. and afterwards Rented and lived in an house of
Twenty five pounds P Annu in the Sd Parish of St Margaret Westmr.
and noe other legall Settlement appearing unto us
Since We doe also Adjudge the said Parish of Saint
Margaretts Westmr. to be the Place of their last
Legall Settlement.

These are therefore in his Maties Name to require
you the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Allhallows Staining forthwith to remove
and Convey the said John Davis< no role > and Susanna< no role > his child
from out of your said Parish unto the said Parish
of Saint Margaretts Westmr . And them deliver
unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
there Some or one of them Who are hereby required
to receive and provide for them According to Law
Given under our hands and Seales this 29th. day of
