In Pursuance of an Order of Refference of the
Sessions for the Peace held in and for the said Citty at Guildhall
London on Wednesday the 13. day of December last, Wee have mett
and heard the Company of Glovers by their Clerk, and the severall
Inhabitants of the Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate London
Appellants except Edward Percival< no role > , James Saben< no role > , and Thomas
Haynes< no role > who did not appeare, against the severall Poores Rates
for the Yeares 1720 and 1721 in the presence of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the said Parish And have used our endeavours to
make a finall End of all the said matters in difference, And are
of Opinion that no reliefe ought to be given to the said Edward
Percivall< no role > James Sabin< no role > and Thomas Haynes< no role > , But that reliefe
be given to the severall other Appellants in manner hereafter
