Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Mary At hill

Sheweth,

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands & Seales of Two of His Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the Said City of London & the Liberties thereof
(Quox unus) bearing Date the fifth Day of December
last past Christian Blake< no role > Singlewoman , was removed
from the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London
unto the Said Parish of St. Mary At hill London alledging
the Said Parish of St. Mary At hill to be the Place of
her last legall Settlement.

That your Peticoners Conceiving themselves
Agreived by the Said Warrant or Order of the
Said Two Justices Do humbly appeale to yor
Lord Ship & Worships therefrom, & pray That
your Lord Ship and Worships will be pleased
to hear them concerning the Premisses, And
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Said Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate London may appear before you
and hear and abide the Judgment and
Determinacon of yor Lord Ship & Worships
touching this Appeale
