The humble Peticon Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Margarett pattons
London
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and seals of two of her
Majesty's Justices of the peace
within this City (one being of the Quorun)
bearing Date the Eighteenth Day of Time last past One

was removed from the parish of St Peter
in Cornhill
London unto the said parish of St Margarett Pattons alleadging
the said Parish to be the place of her last legal Settlement.
That your petitioners doubt not but to prove that the
said Agnes Whitbey< no role >
never had any legal Settlement
in the said parish of St Margarett Pattons
whereby they
conceive themselves aggreived by the said Warrant and
Judgment of the said two Justices and do humbly Appeal
to your Honr. and Worpps therefrom
Your Petitionr therefore most humbly pray's
your Honr. and Worpps will Copleased to hear
them in the Prmissed and that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish
of St Peter
Cornhill may appear before you
and hear and abide the Determination of
your Honr and Worpps touching this Appeal
And yor Petitionrs: Shall ever
