The humble Peticon and Appeale of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch in the County of Middx.

Sheweth,

That by virtue of an Order or Pass Warrt. Baring date the 8th.
day of June last past under the hands and Seales of two of her
Maties Justices of the Peace for the City of London (Quor unus)
one Mary Marshall< no role > wife of Robert Mashall< no role > was removed & conveyed
from the Parish of St. Buttolph without Aldersgate London to thesd
Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch by the name of Mary Guillard< no role > widow
of Clandius Guillard< no role > deced as the place of her last legal Settlement

That yor. Peticonrs. conceive themselves aggrieved by the said
Orderr or Pass Warrt. of the said Justices, and therefore
humbly appeale against the Same to this Honble Court.

And yor. Peticonrs. humbly pray that the
Sd. Appeale may be heard this present Settlement
and that yrs. Peticrs. may have such relief
in the premisses as to yor. Wopps shall been
just.
