The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St Edmond the King London
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Warrant under the hands & seals of two of her
Maties Justices of the peace
within this City one being of the Quorn
bearing late the fifth day of November last past one

was removed from the parish of St Giles without Cripplegate
London
unto the said parish of St Edmond the King
alleadging the
said parish to be the place of her last legal Settlement
That your Petitioners doubt not but to prove that the
said Margaret Reynolds< no role >
never had any legal Settlement
in the said parish of St Edmond the King whereby they
conceive themselves aggreved by the said Warrant and
Judgment of the said two Justices and do humbly Appeal
to your Honr and Worpps therefrom
Your Petitioners therefore most humbly pray
your Honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear
them in the prmissed and that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish
of St Giles without Cripplegate
may appear
before you and hear abide the Order of this
Court touching this Appeal
