Whereas Complaint hath this day been made unto us two
of her Majesties Justices of the peace (Quorum unus) by you
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Bartholomew the Great London that Elizabeth Wilkins< no role >
Widow and relict of Robert Wilkins< no role > deseased together with
Robert< no role > Sarah< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > her Children by the said Wilkins
are resident in your Said Parish, and are chargeable thereto,
and forasmuch as it appears unto us upon the oath of one
John Daw< no role > that the said Robert Wilkins< no role > lived in the Parish
of St. Vodast alias Fostor Lane London in an house of ten
Pounds P annum or upwards, and paid Scot and Lot therein
which said Parish appears to us to be the place of the said Elisabeth
Wilkins< no role > and three Children's abovenamed legall settlement.

These are therefore in her Majesties
Name to require you the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St Bartholomew the Great to convey
the body of the said Elizabeth Wilkins< no role > together with her three
Children abovenamed to the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Vedowt alias Foster Lane London
aforesaid and them with the said Church Wardens leave, who
are hereby required to receive and provide for them according
to Law Hereof fail not and this whall be your Warrant
