AndDoth have & require him the said Thomas Garringoe to take saw of and provide for his said
Wife five & eight Children according to Law whichhe the said Thomas Gascoigne< no role > here prsent in Court
refusing to return to key said wife and Children to provide for them And also
refusing to put in suficient Searches for the discharge of ye sd Birth
refuseth to doetherefore this Court dothfurtherOrder That the said Thomas Gascoigne< no role > be
comitted to her Maties Gaole of Newgate under the Custody of the Sheriffes of the City of London
there to remaine untill he find security to return to & provide for his Wife & Children as he ought by Law to doe
wthout one chargeing the pish of St. Buttolples wth. out Aldersgate wth. the keeping of his said Wife & Children
or Shall be otherwise Delivered by due Course of Law.
