Wee find That Jasper Howard< no role > in the Indictmt. named on the day and place in the
Indictmt. menconed being weary came to the house of Richard Sumers< no role > at the White Horse
in Smithfeild being a publick Victualling house to Refresh himselfe And called for & dranke a
Quartern of Brandy and paid for the Same And being about to goe out of the Said House
The Said Mary Lowe< no role > & Martha Pope< no role > called for some Brandy and Sett downe with him to
drinke And Soone after the Said Jasper Howard< no role > was knocked downe to the Floore of the
Roome And most greivously bruised on his Head and putt in fear of his life And the
said Mary Lowe< no role > tooke the Said 13th. in the Indictmt. menconed which was next his Skin under
his Arme where hee had put the Same And hee the Said Jasper Howard< no role > did See the Said
Martha Pope< no role > and Xpian Sumers< no role > then present and Assisting therein Now upon the whole
matter if the putting the Said Jasper Howard< no role > in fear of his life and takeing of the moneyes
from the Said Jasper Howard< no role > in Richard Sumers house as aforesaid against his will be
a Felony and Robbery near the Queenes Highway Then Wee find the Said Mary Lowe< no role >
Martha Pope< no role > and Xpian Sumers Guilty of Felony and Robbery near the Queenes
Highway And That they had noe Goods et But if it be not a Robbery near the Queenes
