The humble peticon & Appeale of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poore of the Hamlett of Milend old Towne in the Parish of
Stepney in the County of Midds.

Sheweth

That one Richard Taylor< no role > being lunatick by virtue of a Warrant under the hands
& Seales of twoe of his Maties. Justices of the Peace within the City of London
(one being of Quor) was brought by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poore of St. Martins Ludgate London to yor. Petrs. to be pvided for on the
Oath of Sarah< no role > his mother That his last legall settlement was in the said parish
of Stepney in Middx where hee served his Appnticeshipp with Captaine
Robert Deane< no role > of the said Parish & County Whereas in truth yor Petrs. never
knew any such Pson as the said RIchard Taylor< no role > Nor ever heard or knew of
any such Pson as Robert Deane< no role > To be an Inhabitant within their Hamlett
in the said Parish and County

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly Pray yor. Honors. & Worpps. to order
the said Churchwardens of St. Martins Ludgate to appeare before
you And to hear them all in the prmisses And to Quash the said
Warrant And send the said Richard Taylor< no role > backe to the said
Parish of St. Martins to be pvided for an mainteyned
