Whereas Complaint hath beene made unto us
Two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the
said Citty (Quor Unus) by the Church Wardens, and
Overseers of the poore of the Pish of St. Buttolph
extra Bishopsgate London, That one Ralph Harwood< no role >
together wth. Elizabeth< no role > his wife and Elizabeth< no role > & Anne Harwood< no role > his children
come lately into the said Pish endeavouring to settle
there without giveing notice in writing to the said
Church Wardens & Overseeres of the poore or any of
them as by Law is required, and are become chargeable
thereunto

And whereas it appeares unto us upon the Oath of the
sd. Ralph Harwood< no role > that his last legall Settlemt. was in the
Pish of St. Michaell Bassishaw London , where belived at
the time of the decease of King Charles the Second and for
abt. Three Quartrs. of a yeare after & that since he hath had noe
other legall settlemt. whatsoever.

These are therefore in his Maties Name strictly to
Charge and Command you the Church Wardens, and
Overseeres of the Pish of St. Buttolph extra [..] Bppsgate some
one of you upon sight hereof To remove and Convey the
bodys of the said Ralph Harwood< no role > & his sd Wife & Two Children
put of yor. said Pish unto the said Pish of St. Michaell
Bassishaw London and them deliver unto the Church Warden
& Overseeres of the poore there, or to some or one of them
(as occasion shall require) untill they shall be of them
discharged by due Course of Law, and for soe doeing this
shall be yor. Warrt. Given under our hands and seales this
Twenty FouthDay of February Ano Dni 1698 .
