us by the Oath of ye said

lived as an hired Servant

in Worster place
for
the space of one whole year & finding she
hath had noe other legall settlement since

These are therefore in his Matyes name
strictly to charge & comond you to remove
convey & pass away the said

out of your said parish of St: Michael Royall
London into ye. sd Parish of St. James Garlick
