prisoner in the Gaol of Newgate .

Sheweth.

That yor: Peticoner being comitted upon suspicon of
Stealing a horse from one Mathew Lloyd< no role > and being
altogeather innocent of the Fact of which he stands
charged and being alsoe willing and desirous to
justify his innocency according to Law

Therefore most humbly prayes
the favorite of this Honble
Court to be tryed some time
during this present Sessions
pursuant to Law
