The Complaint of the Churchwardens of the parish
of St. James Dukes place, concerneing A Bastard Child
borne of the body of one of Susannah Hankes< no role > als Davis< no role >
(and as She alledged) begotten by one John Smally< no role >
being by an ordr. of Sessions referred to the determinacon
of History and Sr. John Moor< no role > Knt . one of Thoir Matyes
Justices of the peace for this City & Libtyes, And His
Lorp and these Sr. John Moor< no role > now hearing all ptyes
concerneing the sd matter, are of opinion, that the Sr
Smally is malitiously accused of these Fact, and doe
ordr. that he be wholly excused of all charges concerning
the said Bastard Child
