Who sayes that the prisonde
James Gardner< no role >

come to this Informt. severall lymes,

[..] and asked him to
putt of Some Burnningham Shillings, and halfe
Crownds, for him and that he should have Seaven and twenty
shillings of that Coynd, for Twenty other shillings
of good money, And this Informant sayes, that
hee Suspecting the said Gardner to be an ill pson
did designed by tell
[..] him that hee would meete him
this morneing at the Meare Mayd in St. Anns Land by
Aldersgate
, where he would give the said Gardner an
Answer, to his proposalls And this Informt. further sayth
that he designeing to apprehend the said Gardner,

did gett my Ld Majes .Warrant for him, and accordingly
[..] apprehend him
[..] at the Meardmaid
aforesaid this morneing, and in the Custody of the
said Gardner, there was pained to his a was coate a
Bagg of Clippings and Fileings, of the Currant
Cooper of this Kingdom.
