Who say that they haveing notice That Dr. Best was a
Clipper, they
[..] went to his lodgings
and finding the said Dr. in his bed Chamber ye searched him
and in his pockett they found some Clipt money, which he
would have mixt with broadmony, and in one of the
Back roomes, bewaying to ye Dr. Wherein was a Closett they found
shee payre of sheere severall Files, some Clippings
and some Fileings and two rubbing Lethers, and upon
ye Flore undr the Table where he wrought they Found
a peece of Clippin, and on the Table where he used to
worke, there lay a deale of File Dust, of Silver, the said
Dr. Haveing the Keys of both roomes in his Pockett
Custody, And
the sd. Informt.
