Whenas this Port: is informed by Mr Carthew of Consill
wth ye Dfdt: that Richard Woolridge< no role > of & William

come to his tryall to morrow and that ye sd Wooladye and
Burdett. refuse to appear upon ye Account aforsd wth out
an order of this Cort for their safe Pleccon agt all

given to ye second aryes or their Clerks of the sd Sherifs of their
severall Counters or eigher of them thatthe sd Sheriffsnoe
