Saith
That about one of the Clock this morning
being at the Inner Temple
Gate this Informt:
heard something fall down where upon
he went and opend the door and there found
the decd Mr. John Hoyle< no role >
lying upon his
belly, upon wch this Informt: removed his face
up from the pavemt: and heard him give
one groane and soon after dyed, And this
Informt: saith he observed that Mr. Hoyles
Sword was by his side not drawne, And his
hatt gloves, and Came were Lying by him
And this Informt: Saith he recd of a porter
or from some other pson or peece of a Cravat
being some which The sd party sd was lying
by him & wch this Informt: conceives belonged to
some other pson, and not to the decd because
this Informt: observ'd the decds. Cravet that was on
him was whole, And further saith he saw
no Pson near the sd Mr Hoyle when he came
to him
