Who being duly Sworn upon then Oath say &
first this Informant [..] hard Ashton for himself sayeth
that he keep the Shepperd Coffee House in Oxford Street that on the
Hair [..] of the 25 [..] he foud has Drawer in t he baren the sd house
had but if he then and a pair of Study now produced when he
[..] believes he his Property had been taken and carried
out of the said Drawer

And this Informant Aguis Harrison Thomas Harrison< no role > for
himself Sayeth, that she is Servant to the other Informant
Richard Ashton< no role > that after 12 o'Clock at Night she
went to bed and she believes was the last Person
up in the housethat before she went to Bed
she locked and botted all the Doors of the sd. House

And this Informant Robert Wright< no role > for himself
sayeth that he is a Watchman of the Parish of St.
Marylebone that calling the Hour of five this
Morning he discovered the street Door of the House
of the other informant Richard Ashton< no role > was not
shut being only drawn close but not locked upon
which he immediately alarmed the house and

And this Informant John Hayney for himself
sayeth that he is Waster to the other a formant
