The Information of Richard Phillips< no role > Son
of Leonard Phillips< no role > of Scotland Yard Lighterman< no role >
taken on Oath before me this 17th. day of July
1789

Who being on Oath says that on Wednesday the
Eight instant at about Eight oClock in the Evening the Person
now present who calls himself Charles Blake< no role > came to him
and desired him to Draw three pieces of Memil Timber
which he said he was sure would come up the next Side
Which Informant agreed to do, That said Blake came to
him the next Morning about Six oClock, when Blake
said, the Timber was not for himself but for a friend
of his whose Name was Creecy, That Informant measured
said three Pieces of Timber, that they contained One hundred
feet that they were Carried by his said fathers Cart to
Thomas Street< no role > Tottenham Court Road as he believes, And
that he hath since seen them there.
