Who being upon Oath saith that on the Sixteenth Day of June last
in the Evening at his Masters wise in saith Audley Street he delivered to Thomas Girling< no role > the Letter Carrier now
present the Foreign Letter now produced addresed to A Son Excellence
Monsieur de Chevalier a' Almeida Du Consul doe S. M. T. J
"&" Son Minister Plenipotre. Anpres do S. S Etc Etc Etc
"a Rome" with which Letter this informant paid said Thomas
Girling< no role > Twelve Shillings and Sixpence for the Foreign postage of said
Letter and four others together with Five pence for himself
