this Informant doth therefore charge the
said Henry Kappen< no role > with felonsly breaking
and entering the Dwelling house of the said
Thomas Pheasant< no role > her Husband in the
Day time, she this Informant being therein
and feloniously stealing taking and Carrying
away therein a Silver pepper box two silver
Table spoons Six Silver Tea Spoons two
Silver Salt Spoons a pair of silver sugar
Tongs a silver Punch Ladle a pewter
pint Mug and a Pewter Mustard Pot of
the value of four Pounds the property of the
said Thomas Pheasant< no role > her said Husband

for himself Saith that he found in the possession

articles before mentioned except the said
