Owner of it and she should have half a Guinea that he
return'd her the Watch and [..] met a Man a Stranger to her and
told him that it was left with her for Eight Shillingsandthat she
wanted to pawn it for half a Guinea and ask'd him to go with her
and say it was his which he did and Mr Turner Stoped them both
and this Inft further Saith that the watch produced is the same
She received of the Prisoner Gilroy That this Inft further saith
that when She was in Tothillfields Bridewell the prisoner Gilroy
said if the Tall Butcher came dawn there he would be his butcher

The Information of Henry Turner< no role > of Panton Street
Pawn broker who being duly Sworn saith that Yesterday
about half past seven Oclock in the Evening the person now present
who calls herself Elizabeth Jackson< no role > came to his Shop and Offered
a Metal watch to pawn for half a Guinea that he desiredaskedher to produce
the owner that in a few minuets after she brought a Man with her
Who said it belonged to him that between her first coming and
bringing the Man A hand bill had been put in the shop in which
the watch was described that he then sent for a Constable and
took them both into Custody,

Sworn before me this 10h Day of September 1789

duly sworn saith that the Spoons and Watch produced are his
property and was Stolen from his House in Charles Street [..] in the Night of the Eighth
Instant, and that he last several other Articles

[..] was the last person in her Masters [..] up on Tuesday the Eighth Instant and remembers
[..] seeing five Large Silver spoons three Sausee Ladles a fish Frowee and
Sundry other articles of plate in the Parlour when she went to bed which was about Sweloe oclock and when she got
up in the Morning they were all gone and further saith that the plate
produced is the same she missed and the property of her Master David Taylor< no role >
