Who being upon Oath say and first the said John Clark< no role >
says that on Saturday Evening last the 11th of February instant
he Apprehended the two Women now present who call themselves
Phoebe Harris< no role >
and Elizabeth Yelland< no role >
at No. 19
Swan Yard
in the
Strand
that in a few Minutes afterwards a Person now present
who calls himself Joseph Holman< no role >
came into the one Pair of Stairs
Room and in said Room this Informant found a pair of Flasks, a Quantity of Sand
facing them, and a Wire that the Get comes from, some Aqua Fortis
a Quantity of Counterfeit Shillings and the Patterns which they were
apparently cart from together with the other Implements for coining now
producedthe said George Meacham< no role >
for himself says that about
half an hour part 5 o Clock on the said Saturday Evening he entered
the Room of said Phoebe Harris< no role >
and Elizabeth Yelland< no role >
- that in
about five Minutes afterwards said Joseph Holman< no role >
came in, when
he was secured - that hearing something drop he stoop'd down
and found the two Counterfeit Six pences now produced lying on the
floor, together with a Quantity of Scowering Paper, Blacking
and Cork - And the said William Andrews< no role >
for himself says -
that about 5 o Clock on the said Saturday Evening he went
with said John Clark< no role >
and George Meacham< no role >
to a House No 19
in Swan Yard
aforesaid - that he saw Phoebe Harris take a
