to James Kitsall< no role > now present (who then called himself Wilmot)
to go to Kingston on the morning following at half past ten
o Clock from Jacks Coffee House in Dean Street Soho - that he
yesterday sent said Grey Horse by his Boy as agreed upon
but his Boy not being able to find said Kitsall returned with
[..] said Horse - that about eleven o Clock yesterday said Kitsall
came himself for him and he delivered said Horse to him - that
about half past 8 o'Clock last Night said Kitsall returned
with said Horse to this Informants Stables where he was
apprehended - that in the beginning of December last about
the fourth or fifth (as he believes) he let a Chesnut Mare to the
said Kitsall als. Wilmot< no role > which he returned the same day -
That about six Weeks or two Months before that time he
lett him another Horse, which are all the Horses he ever lett
to said Kitsall to the best of his knowledge and belief - The said John Townsend< no role > says that about
half past 8 o' Clock the said Kitsall all alias Smith< no role > alias Wilmot
came to the said Mr. Lygo's Stableswithmounted upon the said
Grey Horse when he [..] with other Officers apprehended him - that on searching
him the Seal now produced and sworn to by the said James
Gray
< no role > he found together with one Guinea and an half in gold eighteen pence in
Silverandfive penny worth of Half pence and a pistol loaded
with powder and ball - the said John Atkins< no role > says that he was
in Company with the said Townsend and other Officers at this
