which the Window was fastned Down That this a
Informant then came down Stairs and left the Window
Shut down but not fastened The Maid Servant then
ordered this Informant to fetch the beer for Supper it
being then about the hour of Nine of the Clock And that
during the time he was gone for the beer The said
James Bixby< no role > and Thomas Joyce< no role > Entered his Masters
House and Feloniously Stole therein a Large Quantity
of Yorkshire Cloth and two pair of Breeches. That
this Informant did not see the said James Bixby< no role > and
Thomas Joyce< no role > until the next Morning when he saw
them at the House of Mrs. Hall in Sharps Alley and they
then told him that they had sold the Cloth at Mr. Voltaires
near Holywell Mount Shoreditch .
