were found - that during the time this Informant and his
Assistants were in said Tatham's Shop and securing him
and the vert, said Paul Lewis< no role > came in, and suspecting him
to be concerned in said Mr. Whites robbery they apprehended him
also-and upon searching him was found a similar printed
Hand Bill (of a Club held at the White Horse in Fans Alley )
to others found at this time on the persons of said Tatham and
Mc: Donald, and on the table in said room - and the said
Charles Jealous< no role > says that he was with said John Clark< no role > at
this time and found on said table the piece of paper now
produced containing as he believes an Account of part of the Number
of Yards of Silk and other Goods Stolen from the said
Mr. White - And the said Patrick Mc Manus< no role > says that on
Thursday last he went to the lodging of said Samuel Francis< no role > in
Newton Street Holborn and in a Chest of Drawer's in said
Francis's room (where sd Francis's Wife was) he found the
Silk and Worsted damask Chair Cover now produced and
claimd by the said John White< no role >
